Leah is part of the Clients & Growth team at Data Hive Consulting - working with clients on a daily basis to support them on their EPM/CPM transformation journey.

A Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of experience across corporate finance, advisory, and in-house finance (from VC-backed scale-up to enterprise), Leah has ran the function, built the models, presented to boards, managed capital raises, and implemented technology as a finance leader.

She has a passion for tech and transformation, having implemented solutions including Xero, DEXT, Airwallex, Navan, FloQast, ApprovalMax, PowerBI, Tableau, TM1, Notebook LM, AWS, python coding, and more.

Her experience includes in house work at KPMG, Australia Post, Parcelpoint, Schneider Electric, UBS AG with industry exposure across banking & finance, logistics, mining services, property, renewable energy, and professional services.

Leah’s experience gives her a firsthand understanding of what finance teams and execs actually need from their finance systems and tools, and what can go wrong when teams let tech debt accrue or leave transformation too long.

Outside of work you'll find Leah dancing, running with her local run club, or exploring new corners of the world. She has visited 20+ countries so far, and speaks 3 languages (English, Spanish, & Indonesian).
